Delete the original settings files in the project directory

If you turn on this option, the Intel^® Quartus^® Prime software deletes the original settings files in the project directory when you convert a project to the current Intel^® Quartus^® Prime Project File format. Intel recommends that you archive the original project in the version of the Intel^® Quartus^® Prime software in which it was created before opening it in the current version.
