Interfaces Pane

  • Interface settings— Allow you to view and specify applicable parameters for each interface as follows:
  • Name— Specifies a unique name for your interface.
  • Type— Specifies the interface type.
  • Associated Clock— Specifies a clock signal for the interface.
  • Associated Reset— Specifies a reset signal for the interface.
  • Block Diagram— Displays a block diagram containing signals associated with the interface on the Signals tab.
  • Parameters— Specifies general parameters for the interface.
  • Timing— Specifies the timing parameters for the interface.
  • Pipelined Transfers— Specifies the parameters for pipelined transfers.
  • Waveforms— Displays waveform diagrams associated with the interface, including read, write, and packet transfer waveforms.
  • Add Interface— Specifies a new interface. By default, the type of interface added is a memory-mapped slave interface. After adding, use Type to change the interface type.
  • Remove Interfaces With No Signals— Deletes all interfaces displayed on the Interfaces tab that have no signals associated with them.
