External LVDS Receiver Uses DPA logic option

A logic option that specifies that the LVDS transmitter pin is connected to an external LVDS receiver PLL that uses dynamic phase alignment (DPA).

This option can be assigned to a pin. This option is available for Arria^® II GX devices.
