Limit AHDL Integers to 32 Bits logic option Definition

A logic option that specifies whether an AHDL-based design should have a limit on integer size of 32 bits. This option is provided for backward compatibility with all versions of the Quartus software previous to version 2000.09, which do not support integers larger than 32 bits in AHDL.

This option is a project-wide option. This option is available for all Intel devices.
