Signal Tap File (.stp) Definition

A file containing signals captured by the Quartus^® PrimeSignal Tap Logic Analyzer. Captured signals in the Signal Tap file can be displayed as waveforms for viewing and analysis in the Signal Tap Logic Analyzer.

Signal Tap files are backward compatible with Signal Tap files created with earlier versions of the Quartus^® Prime software.

The current version of the Quartus^® Prime software does not support Embedded Logic Analyzer files (.ela).
