CAUSE: The specified RAM atom is using the ECC
feature and is set to the M9K memory block or the M10K memory block. This setting is not valid because the selected memory block does not support the ECC
feature.
ACTION: Check your design and ensure that the ECC
feature is turned off or the block type is set to M144K memory block.
