Reordering and hiding columns in the report window:

To reorder the columns in a Report Window table:

·If you have not already done so, open a report in the Report window.

·To reorder the columns in a Report Window table, click and pause on a column heading. The cursor changes to a small cell.

oMove the mouse button so the column heading is in the new location.

·To hide a column in a Report Window table, With the mouse, point to the right border of the column heading you want to hide until the mouse pointer becomes a splitter bar.

oTo hide the column, drag the right border to the left border. When the column is completely covered by the next column heading, it is hidden.

·To show a hidden column in a Report Window table, with the mouse, point to the left border of the column heading next to the column you want to show until the mouse pointer becomes a splitter bar with a dashed line.

oTo show the hidden column, drag the left border to the right.

You can revert column positions and display conditions by double-clicking on the report in the Report window.
