Design Assistant Page (Settings Dialog Box)

Allows you to specify which rules you want the Design Assistant to apply when analyzing and generating messages for a design, and whether you want the Design Assistant to automatically analyze the design during a full compilation.

By default, all the options in this box are turned on. If you turn off all the options in this box, Run Design Assistant during compilation is dimmed to indicate that it is not available.

If you turn on a rule category, such as Clock or Design Assistant configuration rule names, all the rules and categories under that category are automatically turned on. Similarly, if you turn off a rule category, all the rules and categories under that category are automatically turned off.
