Re-open current files when opening project

When turned on, this option directs the Quartus^® Prime software to reopen any files in the project that were open when the project was last closed. This option is on by default.

When turned on, the Re-open current workspace when opening project option recreates the last workspace you used when working in that project. The workspace includes specific open windows, their locations, and docking status.
