lpm_ff Megafunction

Parameterized flipflop megafunction. The lpm_ff function contains features that are not available in the DFF,DFFE,TFF, and TFFE primitives, such as synchronous or asynchronous set, clear, and load inputs. The lpm_ff megafunction is available for all Intel devices.
