Resource Optimization Advisor Command (Tools Menu)

This feature only supports the Quartus® Prime Standard Edition. You open this advisor by pointing to Advisors on the Tools menu and then clicking Resource Optimization Advisor.

Opens the Resource Optimization Advisor, which guides you through a series of recommendations for achieving a fit on your design.

The Resource Optimization Advisor provides recommendations in the following categories:

  • General recommendations
  • Logic element usage
  • Memory block usage
  • DSP block usage
  • I/O usage
  • Resource routing usage
