Use Checkered Pattern as Uninitialized RAM Content logic option

A logic option that loads a checkered pattern as the initial RAM content into all RAM blocks without specified ram content that support content initialization.

This option is available for supported device(Arria II, StratixIII, StratixIV, and StratixV) families.
