Programmable Power Maximum High-Speed Fraction of Used LAB Tiles logic option

A logic option that sets an upper limit on the fraction of the LAB tiles used by your design that can be high-speed. Legal values must be between 0.0 and 1.0. The default value is 1.0. A value of 1.0 means that there is no restriction on the number of high-speed tiles, and the Fitter uses the minimum number needed to meet the timing requirements of your design. Specifying a value lower than 1.0 can degrade timing quality by forcing some timing critical resources into low-power mode.

This option is available for supported device(ArriaIIGZ, StratixIII, Stratix IV, and StratixV) families.
