You open this dialog box by clicking
Global Clock Threshold
Setting in the Design Assistant page of the
Settings
dialog box. The Global Clock
Threshold Setting button is available only when you select
the Clock signal should be a
global signal

under Clock
in the Design Assistant rules list in the Design
Assistant page.
Allows you to specify the number of nodes you want the Design Assistant to report when you turn on Clock signal should be a global signal : <n> in the Design Assistant rules list.
