Assign Interrupt Numbers (System Menu) (Qsys)

You access this command in Qsys by clicking System > Assign Interrupt Numbers.

Assigns unique interrupt request (IRQ) values for all interrupt sender interfaces/ports in your system.

Important: Optimal assignment of interrupt levels requires knowledge of the interrupting devices and the software that handles them. Because Qsys does not analyze the software interrupt handler, it cannot optimize interrupt levels.
