<Name>Represents
the name you assign for the node.

<Entity>Represents the
alphabetic code (a base 24 number using 24 letters from "A" to "Z",
but leaving out "I" and "O") for the name of the entity containing
the node.

<Instance>Represents a
numeric indicator of which hierarchical instance of the
<Entity
> contains the node

<Type>Represents
the type of logic synthesized where L stands for logic cell,
P stands for product-term macrocell, and M stands for
memory (RAM | ROM | or content-addressable memory (CAM)).

a numeric index of the node in the particular hierarchy level.
