A clock that feeds the entire device. In the supported device(Arria series, Cyclone series, and Stratix series) clock network, dedicated input pins, PLL outputs, or internal cells can drive global clocks. In the MAX II clock network, dedicated input pins and internal cells can drive global clocks.
