CAUSE: You attempted to create a new LogicLock region with the specified design entity in the Design Partitions window. However, the entity is already assigned to the specified LogicLock region. The Quartus Prime software is asking you if you want to create a new LogicLock region and reassign the entity to the new region.
ACTION: Click Yes to create a new LogicLock region and reassign the selected entity to that region. Click No to cancel the operation and preserve the existing LogicLock region assignment for the entity.
