CAUSE: Analysis & Synthesis is skipping physical synthesis netlist optimization because the physical synthesis netlist could not initialize the timing netlist due to the connectivity errors in the design.

ACTION: If you want to run physical synthesis netlist optimization, fix the connectivity errors in the design.
