CAUSE: You attempted to simulate a design with test bench file as the vector source. At the same time, you also instructed the simulator to generate the Signal Activity File (.saf) for power estimation use.
ACTION: Switch to generate VCD file for PowerPlay power analysis if you want to perform simulation with test bench file.
