CAUSE: A vector source file contains the specified node name, which the Quartus Prime software cannot find in the current design. The Simulator cannot simulate a signal in a vector source file that does not exist in the design. Therefore, the Simulator is ignoring the signal in the vector source file.
ACTION: Make sure all input signal names contained in the vector source file are input signal names in the design.
