CAUSE: You turned on Weak Pull-Up Resistor logic options for the same specified instance name. However, the Enable Bus-Hold Circuitry and Weak Pull-Up Resistor logic options cannot both be on at the same time for the same instance. When this condition occurs, the Quartus Prime software uses the Enable Bus-Hold Circuitry logic option.
ACTION: If you want to allow the Quartus Prime software to ignore the Weak Pull-Up Resistor logic option, no action is required. If you want to use the Weak Pull-Up Resistor logic option, edit the logic option settings to make sure Enable Bus-Hold Circuitry and Weak Pull-Up Resistor are not on at the same time for the same instance.
