CAUSE: You specified a start time or end time for the Value Change Dump File (.vcd), which is invalid. As a result, the Simulator uses the simulation start time or end time for VCD file generation for PowerPlay Power Analyzer.
ACTION: No action is required. Specify valid VCD start or end times.
