ID:328044 VCD File time range is out of simulation time range. The VCD File time range must fall within the simulation time range. Defaulting to simulation start time and end time.

CAUSE: You specified a time range for the Value Change Dump File (.vcd), which is not within the simulation time range. This specified time range is invalid. As a result, the Simulator uses the simulation start time and end time for VCD File generation for the PowerPlay Power Analyzer.

ACTION: No action is required. Specify valid Signal Activity File (.saf) start and end times.
