CAUSE: You specified a start time for the Value Change Dump File (.vcd), which is greater than the end time. This specified start time is invalid. As a result, the Simulator uses the simulation start time and end time for VCD File generation for the PowerPlay Power Analyzer.
ACTION: No action is required. Specify valid VCD File start and end times.
