CAUSE: In the current design, you assigned the specified node to one or more locations. However, Analysis & Synthesis synthesized away the node, and therefore ignored the assignments.
ACTION: To make sure Analysis & Synthesis does not ignore assignments, make assignments with observable names, for example, register names. Otherwise, no action is required.
