CAUSE: You did not add a design file to the current project that contains the definition for the specified entity. As a result, Analysis & Synthesis searched the project directory and library paths for a design file containing an entity definition. Analysis & Synthesis found the files indicated by the submessages of this message, but did not use any of these files because it is using a different file for the entity definition.

Analysis & Synthesis selects the design file it uses based on design file type, in the following order of preference:

EDIF Input File ( .edf)
Verilog Quartus Mapping File ( .vqm)
Text Design File ( .tdf)
Verilog Design File ( .v)
VHDL Design File ( .vhd)
Block Design File ( .bdf)
Graphic Design File ( .gdf)

ACTION: Make sure the design file you want Analysis & Synthesis to use is not listed in the submessages of this message. If you want Analysis & Synthesis to use a specific design file, if you want to avoid problems in the future processing of the design, or if you want to avoid receiving this message in the future, add the design file you want Analysis & Synthesis to use to the project.
