CAUSE: The specified SignalTap II instance has one or more connections to post-fitting nodes. Tapping post-fitting nodes requires incremental compilation, which you have disabled in the current project. As a result, the Quartus Prime software will attempt to find the post-fitting nodes in the pre-synthesis netlist. If a post-fitting node was created by the Fitter, it will not be available in the pre-synthesis netlist and will trigger an additional warning.
ACTION: Enable incremental compilation or remove the post-fitting connections from your SignalTap II instance.
