CAUSE: You attempted to use an EDA synthesis tool to perform an elaboration on the current design using the first specified clear box output file. However, the output file is outdated, possibly because you generated the output file with a different device family than you are targeting in the design. As a result, the EDA synthesis tool elaborated the design using the second specified output file.
ACTION: To avoid receiving this message in the future, change the design so it uses the new output file, and not the outdated output file. Otherwise, no action is required.
