CAUSE: This core supports OpenCore Plus hardware evaluation. Due to cores that support OpenCore Plus hardware evaluation, Quartus Prime cannot produce files needed for EDA simulation of this design. However, other cores in your design have caused OpenCore Plus hardware evaluation to be disabled for the entire design. This means Quartus Prime cannot create time-limited programming files for your design, either.
ACTION: To re-enable Quartus Prime to create files needed for EDA simulation, disable OpenCore Plus hardware evaluation under Compilation Settings or More Compilation Settings.
