CAUSE: You made an assignment on hierarchies that do not exist. This occurrence usually results from outdated settings on a design. If you change the design hierarchy or the focus entity of the compilation, you may have assignments that refer to an old hierarchy.
ACTION: Disable outdated settings, or delete or edit the incorrect assignments in the Assignment Editor or in the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf).
