CAUSE: The specified entity is in the project directory or user directory. However, the entity has the same name as a Quartus Prime megafunction. This could affect the inferred megafunctions.
ACTION: No action is required. If you did not intend to use the specified entity as a megafunction, modify the name of the entity so it does not conflict with the Quartus Prime megafunction name, or remove the entity.
