CAUSE: The specified entity contains only dangling pins. This error can occur because you are using a black-box entity for third-party synthesis but did not fill in the content of the entity when synthesizing in the Quartus Prime software.
ACTION: Check if the correct design file is being used in the project. If not, register the correct file using the Add Current File to Project command.
