CAUSE: You defined the specified entity in the first specified file. However, you already specified an entity with the same name in the second specified file. . The Quartus Prime software ignored the entity defined in the first specified file and will use the entity in the second specified file to implement the design.
ACTION: No action is required if this is the desired behavior. Altera recommends that you rename the duplicate entity or remove the file that defines the duplicate entity from the project.
