CAUSE: The specified SignalTap II or debug node instance connects the specified port to the specified destination node that contains multiple inputs. However, the port must connect to a node with single inputs. As a result, the Quartus Prime software will not make the connection.
ACTION: Connect the port to the destination with single inputs.
