ID:124030 Revision <name> uses device <text> that has a speed grade of <text>, but only a device with a speed grade of <text> is supported for migration

CAUSE: Only the devices with the specified speed grade should be used for migration.

ACTION: Change the device used for the revision to one that has the specified speed grade.
