CAUSE: The comparison of logic cones between the netlists detected a combinational loop in the input cone of the specified atom. This loop spans more than one logic cell. It does not contain any mapped points between the two netlists. Therefore, the comparison might not cut the loop at the same signal resulting in a comparison mismatch.
ACTION: Remove the combinational loop if this is possible. If not, verify the correctness of this logic cone manually.
