CAUSE: While generating bottom-up design partition scripts it was found that the LogicLock region is set to floating. Potential conflicts may arise when importing results into the top level.
ACTION: Change the region to a 'locked' region. You may want to compile once with 'floating' and then back-annotate the origin.
