CAUSE: You directed quartus_cdb to import a project database from the specified version-compatible database files by running quartus_cdb with the --import_database option. However, the Hierarchy Database Export File (.hdbx) was not imported and the compiler-generated assignments are lost. User assignments will be restored the next time you run an executable with the --import_settings=on option.
ACTION: To restore user assignments, make sure the next executable runs with the --import_settings=on option. This assignment is automatically turned on when executing modules in the Quartus Prime user interface.
