CAUSE: The PowerPlay Power Analyzer was run from the command line with the --input_vcd option, and POWER_SIGNAL_ACTIVITY_START_TIME and/or POWER_SIGNAL_ACTIVITY_END_TIME settings in the Quartus Prime Setting File (.qsf) file. These settings are no longer supported when invoking the PowerPlay Power Analyzer from the command line.
ACTION: Remove the POWER_SIGNAL_ACTIVITY_START_TIME and/or POWER_SIGNAL_ACTIVITY_END_TIME settings from the Quartus Prime Setting File.
