CAUSE: You tried to convert an SRAM Object File (.sof) into either a Programmer Object File (.pof), Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex), Tabular Text File (.ttf), or Raw Binary File (.rbf). However, the SOF cannot be converted because it contains an OpenCore Plus time-limited core. You must use the Quartus Prime Programmer and a download cable to program an Altera device with this SOF.
ACTION: Replace the specified SOF with a SOF that does not contain OpenCore Plus time-limited cores.
