ID:16732 Power draw on rail <name> is too high for selected device. The current device can supply <number>W on rail <name>, but the design requires <number>W. Change your device or adjust your design to reduce power requirements.

CAUSE: The power draw on the specified rail is too high for safe operation of the target device.

ACTION: Change your device or adjust your design to reduce the power requirements.
