CAUSE: The specified value was found as the external supply voltage applied to the on-chip voltage regulator, but the value is invalid. This may be a result of hand editing the Quartus Prime Setting File (.qsf).
ACTION: Using the Operating Conditions page, select a valid supply voltage which can be applied externally to the on-chip voltage regulator.
