CAUSE: You attempted to define a partition for an entity instance that is part of a megafunction. Entity instances that are part of a megafunction may not be designed for incremental compilation and therefore Altera does not recommend making them design partitions.
ACTION: To avoid getting this warning, remove the partition setting, then retry compilation. If you decide to keep the partition, keep this warning message in mind if you notice circuit performance degradation or a compiler error. If your megafunction instantiation is found in a wrapper hierarchy provided by the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager , Altera recommends that you set the wrapper hierarchy as the partition instead.
