CAUSE: This message indicates that at least one incremental design partition assignment is ignored by the Compiler, because the IGNORE_PARTITIONS assignment is set to on.
ACTION: No action is required if this is expected. To prevent the message from being issued, remove the IGNORE_PARTITIONS assignment, the design partition assignments, or both, from the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) of your project.
