CAUSE: You have attempted to name a partition with a name that is reserved. If the error occurs after you have manually edited the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) for the project, the associated partition is ignored by the Quartus Prime software.
ACTION: If you obtain this message while trying to rename a partition using the Design Partitions Window command, retry using a different name. If you obtain this message after manually editing the project QSF, it is important that you correct the QSF so that the partition is recognized in subsequent compilations.
