CAUSE: An imported LogicLock region must have both the LL_SOURCE_PARTITION_HIERARCHY and the LL_SOURCE_REGION assignments set. The LL_SOURCE_REGION assignment is missing.
ACTION: Re-import the affected partitions to update the associated LogicLock regions. You can avoid getting this message in the future by not editing the Quartus Prime Settings File (.qsf) directly.
