CAUSE: You have attempted to import a partition with LogicLock region moved to a different location, as a result routing constraints will not be imported.
ACTION: If you intend to preserve routing for the imported partition, you may change the corresponding LogicLock region to be identical to the imported Logic lock region or remove those assignments altogether.
