CAUSE: The file path setting of a partition is invalid. It may contain too many characters or may contain invalid characters.
ACTION: It is important to correct this error so that the partition is recognized by the Quartus Prime software. Use the Design Partitions Window command to delete the appropriate partition and recreate the partition. To avoid getting this message in the future, do not manually edit the file path of a partition and always use the Design Partitions Window to create partitions.
