CAUSE: The file name section of the file path of a partition is set to a value that is in use by another partition. Partition file names must be unique within a project.
ACTION: It is important to correct this error so that the partition is recognized by the Quartus Prime software. Use the Design Partitions Window command to delete the appropriate partition and recreate the partition. To avoid getting this message in the future, do not manually edit the file path of a partition and always use the Design Partitions Window command to create partitions.
